Uttarakhand Tour Package A unit of “White Heaven Holidays India”
Below are our Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions applicable to all tour packages, hotel bookings, and travel services booked through White Heaven Holidays India via www.uttarakhandtourpackage.org.in.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reason, the cancellation request must be sent to us in writing via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date and time we receive your written communication.
Cancellation charges will be as follows:
15 days prior to arrival- 30% of the total tour cost + actual service charges (if any)
07 days prior to arrival– 40% of the total tour cost + actual service charges (if any)
48 hours prior to arrival- 50% of the total tour cost + actual service charges (if any)
Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or No Show- No Refund
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–15 working days after cancellation approval.
Terms & Conditions
1. Peak Season & Special Bookings
For special train journeys, flight bookings, long weekends, festive seasons, or peak season hotel bookings, a separate cancellation policy may apply. The same will be communicated at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation After Trip Commencement
subject to recovery from hotels, transporters, or other service providers.
No refund will be provided for:- Unused hotel accommodation
- Chartered transportation
- Missed meals
- Guide services
- Sightseeing services
3. Booking Amendments
If you modify or amend your booking after confirmation, amendment charges of 20% of the total package cost may be applicable, subject to availability and supplier approval.
4. Extension of Stay
All package extensions or hotel booking extensions are subject to availability and will be charged on a pro-rata basis as per prevailing rates at the time of extension request.
5. No Refund Policy
No refund will be provided for:
- Short stay
- Un-availed services
- Voluntary changes in itinerary
- Missed sightseeing due to delay or personal reasons
6. Changes by Company
White Heaven Holidays India reserves the right to alter, modify, substitute, or withdraw any part of the package due to operational reasons, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
7. Weather & Natural Conditions
White Heaven Holidays India shall not be responsible for:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Landslides
- Road blockages
- Natural calamities
- Pandemic situations
- Storms, heavy rainfall, earthquake, War, or any act of God
No compensation or refund shall be provided for such events beyond the company’s control.
8. Transport & Travel Delays
We are not responsible for:
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Train delays or cancellations
- Bus delays
- Vehicle breakdowns
Any additional cost arising due to such delays shall be borne by the traveler.
9. Permits & Government Approvals
The company will not be responsible for obtaining any special permits, inner line permits, or government permissions unless specifically mentioned in the package inclusion.
10. Liability Disclaimer
White Heaven Holidays India acts only as a booking agent for hotels, transporters, airlines, and other service providers. We shall not be liable for:
- Injury
- Loss of baggage
- Theft
- Accident
- Death
- Any personal loss or damage
11. Jurisdiction
All disputes arising out of bookings made with White Heaven Holidays India shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts, Tribunals, and Forums only.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By booking any package or service with White Heaven Holidays India, the client agrees to be bound by the above Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions.
